Jeremy Dimond founded IRC with a focus on bringing restoration-first strategy to the commercial roofing industry. His approach emphasizes evaluating existing roof systems before recommending replacement, allowing property owners to extend the life of their roofing assets while making more efficient capital decisions.
Under Jeremy’s leadership, IRC has built its reputation around disciplined evaluation, engineered restoration systems, and consistent installation standards designed to deliver long-term performance.
Jeremy continues to guide the company’s expansion into new markets while maintaining a focus on system integrity and client trust.

Born and raised in the Tri-Cities, Pete has an impressive 6 years, dedicated to excellence in the roof coating industry. He has successfully built a business, committed to protecting the community’s investments and building client relations. Pete and his business partner Jeremy, have also successfully built Roof Maxx of Tri-Cities and were awarded as “Business on the Move” their first year in business, and Silver Best Roofing award winner 2023 and 2024 in Tri-Cities Best. We pride ourselves on doing what’s best for our customers.

Chris brings more than 30 years of executive management and operational experience. He specializes in roof coating solutions that help property owners extend the life of their roofs, improve energy efficiency, and avoid costly replacements. His commitment to understanding client needs and delivering measurable results ensures that every project is managed with professionalism, precision, and long-term value.
In addition, Mr. Scearce serves as President and Chief Operating Officer of a commercial construction company.
